Chicken, beef, carnitas (Slow cooked shredded pork), or upgrade to brisket or shrimp for $3. Includes tortillas, pico de gallo, cheese, lettuce, salsa, and sour cream. Add queso, guacamole for $1.50 and rice, beans, and chips for $1 per person.
BBQ Bar

Chef Dave's signature slow-smoked brisket, pulled pork, or ribs either finished in the oven or charred on the grill. Served with home-made sauces and sides of mac & cheese, baked beans, coleslaw, cornbread, and potato salad.
Wing Bar

Baked bone-in or boneless wings tossed in your favorite flavors, including buffalo, honey BBQ, garlic parmesan, sweet chili, or teriyaki. Comes with celery, ranch, and blue cheese, plus optional sides of mac & cheese, fries, and coleslaw.
Slider Bar

Juicy beef, pulled pork, or crispy chicken sliders with all the fixings — cheese, pickles, sauces, and more. Add brisket or Nashville hot chicken for extra zing +$2.00. Served with sides of mac & cheese, coleslaw, and house chips.
Potato Bar

Loaded baked or mashed potatoes with favorite toppings like cheese, bacon, sour cream, green onions, and more. Served with sides of chili, baked beans, and salad. Upgrades -> pulled pork or brisket $3.50 per person
Flatbread Bar

Artisan-style flatbreads with signature options like margherita, pepperoni, BBQ chicken, sausage & peppers, buffalo chicken, or veggie delight. Served with sauces, herbs, and parmesan.
